"I didn't even think we were going to drive there Ria" Raleigh paused to say. Even though there was a smile upon her face, it was sad to think to think that it was her last year.
"The powers get crazier and crazier every year" she said as she shook her head.

Ria smiled "You should call Zane the train is going to leave soon" she said as she finished up putting things into her bag. She stood up and looked at her sister "They are never going to leave me alone are they?" She said as she felt the room temperature drop.

"Yeah. I'll 'call' Zane." she said. Raleigh sent a telepathic message to Zane, telling him that Mr. and Mrs. Reed were going to pick him up soon.
Raleigh felt the temperature drop as well, knowing what was going to happen next.
"Well, you're probably the only kickbutt one around" she said as she stuck her tongue out playfully.

'Whatever, I'm all packed' Zane thought as he ate his breakfast.

Ria frowned "More like the only one that doesn't ignore them" Ria closed her eyes and concentrated on the energy. 'Yes? Who is it?' She thought.

"Well, I think "kickbutt" means not ignoring, you know? And, well, that too." she replied back to her sister. She started transporting her bags downstairs one at a time, and gave a small smile when she heard Zane's comment.

Ria had no response but could feel it getting colder and colder around her she opend her eyes. "Grammie?" she asked as she saw her Grandmother. The old woman nodded

"Good luck, girls"

she said her voice soft R ia smiled "Grammie says good luck" she told her sister.

Raleigh's lips curved into a smile. "Thanks Grammie" she said as she wrapped her arms around herself, as if she was trying to give her grammie a hug. "Hope you're doing well up there"
And with that, Raleigh did one last check of her room to make sure she didn't forget anything and then headed downstairs where her parents were waiting to taking them to the train station.

Zane herd footsteps coming down the somewhat empty halls of his home. Some one knocked

"Yong master the Reeds are here to get you"

Zane stood up and thanked his fathers butler. He carried his bags to the door. Opening his door he saw the Reeds in their Mini van. The twins in back.

The Reeds were now heading off to the train station where the students from the area would be transported to the school. Their platform would be number nine. In order to 'purchase' a ticket, you had to give a code before you could even think of think of buying that ticket. Plus the destination was a lie. It was going to Algistica, not Germany.

Raleigh fell asleep in the car while her parents were speaking softly to each other.
