may i ask why the meeting was on the third wednesday of the month this time? i couldn't come becaues i always have a commitment that i have to be at on the third one

overall i had fun even though i was so sad kitsune and yoshimoto couldnt make it.

i found out my schedule for my job too, i was afraid to tell them i couldnt work wednesdays (my dad said not to do that until ive worked for a little while) so im really hoping, praying to the anime lords to smile down upon this humble otaku and not have her work on animanga wednesdays.

i havent missed a single meeting, and i dont really want to start now!

um...but yeah. twas fun. ouran is amazing. though i was zoneing out during the second episode. i didnt watch much of the mystery anime since i left early with sai, hannah and lisa, but JD didnt like it so much.

sorry i couldnt help clean up nerd-kun! you know i would have if i stayed longer! T^T

i hope saso-chan had fun. i need to talk to him but i want to do my homework before i let anything else distract me--oooooh shiney!

i had lots of fun but once again thats really more thanks to Neko more than anything else...

but ouran was a really good anime, i love the art style of it, especially since i've never really liked how the manga looked.

i didn't really pay attention to the mystery anime because i was too busy torturing sara, so i guess i didn't like it because i wasn't giving it much attention.

i really hope you can keep coming Neko, animanga just wouldn't be the same without you, your JDeko would be so lonely!

before you ditch the DVDs you should show some of Gundam SEED, Nerd-kun!

i really have fun at animanga, its like my little paradise once a month, i'm so happy it exists and i meet so many wonderful people there!

Were me, Bri, and Stephanie the only ones that watched the mystery anime? It was hilarious! Heck, I even ordered the thing on Netflix.

But, great meeting as always. It actually was very convenient that the meeting was on the 3rd Wednesday. Last week I had a really late Quizbowl game, so I wouldn't have been able to make it.

It's wrong that I had already seen the Ouran disc. I didn't want to rewatch episodes! I don't know, it was still funny, but some of the appeal is lost when you view it again.

Poor Yoshi, didn't get to make it.

Usually it's the 2nd Wednesday of the month but sometimes it has to be the 1st or 3rd if our community room is booked that time for another program, so I can't promise it will always be the same, though I try. Sometimes fighting for spots in our community room can get rather fierce... This summer the dates, infact, are going to be a little more askew than normal to make room for some other stuff, but it's the best that I can do- these are what the dates are going to be if you are curious:

June 24 is actually the 4th Wednesday of the month (I know...). The June booking is unbelievably crazy here since its' the middle of summer reading....really you wouldn't believe. We almost didn't have a meeting that month! So we have to take what we can get. Most months are not like that though, thankfully.

A few of the summer meetings are 3rd wed.'s though. I'm sorry yoshi.

august 19th is my dad's birthday... i might actually miss an animanga...

hopefully the plans will be made for another day that week, i can only hope he'll postpone the celebrations for a day or so.

i'll miss everyone if i don't go!

yeah the animanga is my monthly paradise too, thats why i was so freaked that cory was there. its not paradise if hes there!

man im a horrible person, the animanga is open to everyone but im unconsciously possesive.

hmmm i wonder...my boss seems nice enough, i guess if it really comes down to it i could ask her to switch my schedule. or i could ask someone to cover my shift.
oh well, thats only if it actually happens.

i'd love to have twice as much paradise! then i'd get to see everyone more and i'd be so happy!

Twice a month is still on the table; several people said they were interested. The only thing that makes me hesitant is if you throw in the high school club that's 4 meetings a month, which might be a little too often for some people to be able to make everything on a regular basis. I'm going to give people a little time to get fully into the rhythm of going to our meetings and the high schools one too, and then see in another month or so what people think they can make. If there's still itnerest I think fall will be when we will start the meetings every other week...but, we'll see.

yeah, i could see how that would be a problem, but i still look forward to fall if thats when we might be able to do it.

either way i'm just glad to have such a great place to go and so many wonderful people to hang with.

and of course one uber-powerful master who owns me completely.
