Try not to post anything too personal (like your e-mail address) directly in the forum. But, you knew that already.

ARTWORK
You can upload your own art to our Gallery for people to see! Yeah!

However, please note by doing so you are agreeing to the following:
[You are giving Canton Public Library permission to show your artwork. However, all rights and ownership still belong to (you) the original artist and owner. Any who might wish to make a copy of said artwork will have to get the permission of the artist first. Otherwise, copying is strictly forbidden. If you are under 18 you are agreeing that you have your parents' permission to upload your artwork for display. Nothing uploaded will be used for commercial purposes (it is purely for the joy of showing off to others). Canton Public Library reserves the right to remove images from the website at anytime for any reason.]

There is a scanner at the library if you don't have one and want to use it. Title your artwork with your screen name and the title, unless you want it to be anonymous (like Librarian Hokage - "mystery painting', or "chibi potato boy" by Librarian Hokage -sorry, sadly these are not real paintings...yet)

Use the Gallery for your artwork. For other art you find on the web you want to show people copy and paste it into a post (as long as you are not breaking copyright).

Please feel free to comment on each other's art and encourage each other (tell people how nice it looks; it makes them feel gooooooood).

AVATARS/POLLS ETC.
I've uploaded a few avatars to choose from, but I ran out of space, so I put a few more (2 pages) in the gallery. (important: if you use one of these additional ones you'll need to copy and save it first, then upload it to your profile). Feel free to use your own. There are a lot of cool ones online that are free. For example: http://www.free-avatars.com/k-anime-9.html. There's lots more. Just hunt a little and you'll find something you like. Or you could draw your own...

If you want to make a poll for other people and the menu's closed, click on the litte '+' sign far on the right under your message (next to "polls") to open the menu.
