Thanks to all who came to the last meeting. Here's a place to discuss if you want, as always.

The mystery anime we watched was called 'Familiar of Zero', since a couple people asked. That's the english title. The japanese is "Zero no Tsukaima."
We should have the 1st 3 discs available to check out at the library in a few weeks or so if anyone is interested.

I do not think the line has been crossed by anyone yet, and if truth be told I know it is difficult to define where exactly the �line� is at, I know, but just as a preemptive measure I want to warn people to try to be careful when you are talking about explicit material that you do not get too, well, explicit. Are there certain animes you think are better subbed than dubbed; dubbed than subbed? omigosh dark metro is pretty new and its REALLY freaking good. its like a bunch of short scary stories about a subway but its so interesting. but i warn the scenes do get pretty graphic so anyone who doesnt like bloody people (actually goust) getting his by trains or ripping off their leg, dont read this! but me personall, when teh onw goust got hit by the train and his head was on the wind sheild and guts and blood everywhere, i burst out laughing ^^ i was in the middle of class too so ...

i really think there should be more of a difference between new and old messages. recently i accidentally deleted an important message due to the fact that the subtle difference in hyperlink colors didn't make enough of an impression. i think having an old and new message box, bolding new messages, or something else to that effect might do a great deal of good. or having the messages sent to our e-mails in the notice have a transcript, or whatever a second copy of the message here would ...

whilst i was posting in a different forum i thought of this idea "if you could gain any anime character's fighting style, who's would it be." you'd gain all of their abilities, as well as their weaknesses. you'd also have to train to keep them up. at first i was thinking i'd go with LOrd Illpalazzo from Excel Saga, being as he has telekinetic awesomeness that makes Sylar look like a spoon-bender. he was pretty much indestructible at the end of the series, but then i remembered ...

Based on my little bit i did about Hinata and Mamimi switching bodies being as they are both voiced by Stephanie Sheh, i thought it'd be funny to do a "what if" about it. what would be the funniest crossover of taking two characters voiced by the same actor [english or japanese] and switching their personalities. using the Stephanie Sheh example it would result in Hinata being all clingy to Naruto, obsessing over biting his earlobes and "leaving her mark" on his neck ...

I know a few people had told me they had had trouble figuring out where to go to get their avatar on here, so I thought I'd post a little help. Under 'profile' you will see a couple of black boxes with info you can enter about yourself. Just above the top black box in the white area (on the top right-ish) is some grey lettering that's a little hard to see. One of the words there though says 'avatar'. Click on that and then you can either upload your own or choose from some I have already loaded ...
