anyway Princess Princess is a great anime that i have suprisingly fallen for. i rarely get uber worked up about an anime/manga but this ne is awesome.

yea so im bored and now i feel gay for liking it but who cares!

I never saw the entire series but I buy the DVDs whenever I have extra money (that, you know, isn't being spent toward manga and other important items).

yea i know neko/kitsune/candace/hanna/a bunch of other people are curently engrosed in the manga, thier newest monthly swing.

While the manga is longer and probably elaborates more than the anime does, the anime is so freaking pretty that I have I have to watch it. I mean, just look at the hair colors! Pastels! Damn marketing, playing it up...

So, aside from that rant, have you finished the manga/anime Yoshi?

nope, im reading it in hard copy, one manga and bleach exile both don't have it

do you watch the anime online? where do you go?

I'm kind of against watching licensed anime online, so I buy the discs. I used to get them cheap at FYE, but I hear that they're closing, so...

If you really want to get the anime, they have a cheap boxset. But, I'm extremely cheap, so I've never bought it. Maybe I should rent the discs from Netflix...

As for online scans of the manga, not to encourage illegal activity or anything, but have you checked Manga Fox? They tend to have series that Onemanga doesn't (while also being on the same update schedule for series they share with Onemanga).

i wish that i could buy them, but alas my wallet is more full of cobwebs than bills....

but that netflix idea is great, i wonder a subscription really costs, that 12.99 Bull S**t must be for like the first month with a 5 year plan or something....

Hmmm, I mooch a Netflix account off my mom, and my brother has one too (though since he doesn't use it, I've taken over) so we get three DVDs and that equals to $16.99. I imagine a single account would be much cheaper. If you choose to get one, however, it is very convenient.

I guess no one is interested in scanning the Princess Princess manga. I run into problems like this, like the fact that no one is scanning the Alichino manga past vol. 3 even though it's been discontinued here. There's like six volumes in Japan, too.

yeah, i was really excited about watching that too, being as Neko is so into it i figured i'd love to read it as well.

but alas, Rightstuf let me down for legit purchase and animecrazy hasn't pirated it, so i'm kinda SOL.

yeah, i can see what all the fervor is over, it is actually a pretty good series so far [i'm only up to episode 3 currently] i can identify with the 3 main characters quite easily, which to me means its well written. they all seem quite human.

though i must say they kinda make um, interesting looking women. to me they all look like Queens, which admittedly they are described as, in that they may be pretty boys but they do have masculine faces, so they all look like 30 year old women when they are dressed as princesses.

and man is Arisada creepy, he really has a "i will rape you in your sleep and murder you, but not in that order" look to him, i'd run for the hills if that guy told me to dress in drag. Sakamoto seems like he's probably paired with him a lot by fans, i mean just seeing them in a scene together i can't imagine any other outcome than Sakamoto getting it. Mikoto also seems like an easy target, i can imagine either Toru or Yuujiro taking him. Mikoto just kinda scream "uke."
