actually lulu to what you said a while ago i think i saw the badges in a couple vids on youtube they're just like little clip on name tag things or pins or something a little more convenient xD even DDR with those things (god i am NOT wearing my jacket playing DDR.) like everytime you jump "BAM!!" you get like smacked in the face xDD

Badges with those strap things....Not a good memory, I much prefer them to be stuck to my clothes with safety pins (though I'd be afraid of tripping and tearing/stabbing my self or my costume with the badge.)

I'm a little diappointed they don't have that 'mail-order' option for your badge. It's so much more convenient to have it sent to your house than to stand in long lines to get it.

I've never actually had my costume ripped before, but I did almost get chocked by me hanging badge! Long story short, it was a very windy day at Anime Central and my badge had blown so that it was behind me. So, I reach around to finger my badge only to find that it's not there! That's Wiggity-wiggity-wack, yo! So, I turn around to look to see if my badge dropped on the sidewalk and one of the people with me (who shall not be mentioned) just happens to walk by me and just happens to have their hand swinging, so it gets caught in my badge. And, of course, they don't realize it, I'm the only one who noticed when I begin to feel a blue strap choking my neck.

This proves that all hanging badges are evil and will eventually maim you (though probably not, yo.)
