im SO freaking scared
we already know travese, roy mustangs voice actor, is playing kanda. i can not imagine him playing kanda right. so im scared to see how well he does that.

and lavi, we still dont know, sai, hannah and i are really worried aobut that. if they mess up lavi SOMEONE WILL DIE

ill be pretty pissed if kanda is messed up too.

and w'e're a little worried about allen but he may be okay.

sai and hannah are worried about tyki to and im thinking about the mellenium earl.

okay im gonna stop ranting about that now ^_^;

yeah, it does always suck when the voices you imagine don't show up with the characters.

i think the lady who did Haku's voice or Wendy Lee would both do well for kanda, but i think taking it in the opposite direction and having Crispin Freeman or Chris Patton, or even Greg Ayres with his Hideki voive would do well with it. kirk thorton too, he was good as jin in samurai champloo.

Liam O'Brien would make a good Lavi, even if i always imagined him sounding like scott mcneil. jason douglas would do good as lavi or kamui, and spike spencer would be good as allen or kamui depending on what voice he uses.

there's hope for the dub ADV/Viz/Funi is probably the best at dubbing around. just be happy 4kids didn't grab it!

kanda is actually a tricky voice. if one doesnt understand or even try to understand kanda they will easily mistake him for the cold, emo, pretty boy character. which he is not. no, kanda is serious, cold and keeps to himself. but hes determind and strong and will always carry throw with his job. he has good reasons, hes not some emo bitch out to do one thing (i have a probably bad habit of comparing kanda and sasuke. they seem so alike on the outside but really they are not! im afraid someone is going to give kanda a sasuke voice) and kanda doesnt think hes all that either. people just take it that way because hes anti social.

and that he calls allen moiyashi and kinda picks a fight was a scout person in the order ^_^; but you have to look past that!

i think kanda actually needs a male voice actor (which he has, yay?) hes not....hes just not like sasuke or haku and he most definutly doesnt have a feminine voice. he has a cool tone voice, no more like cold, a voice that doesnt express feelings and is always controlled.

hughes voice actor has to play komui....but i dont think he is. i acnt remember exactly.

yeah, i just said haku and naota because to me he's always looked like a woman.

i think the guys i said would work well for him, Crispin does itachi in the naruto dub, i think he does the cool, bad-ass character well.

I could care less about the dub because I'll probably be watching the Japanese anyway. I only watch the English if it gets a good score on ANN.

yeah, i know, i'm the only one who cares if the dub is good enough.

dont worry JD, sai, hannah and i all care about the english dub too. because we'll all go on a killing rampage if lavi is not perfect

sai said shes going to buy the dvd immediently when it comes out regardless if the dub is bad.
