Right now I have ranks enabled. You all start as Genin (sorry), and you go up the more posts you make. I won't tell you what the later ones are. You'll have to find out yourself.

From what I've found, the ranks go like this:

Genin --- 0<
Chunin-- 20 posts
Jonin -----40 posts

etc... I guess Hokage comes with 80 or 60 *shrugs* or something...
