I think that CLAMP is a whole group of BL fans. XD I mean, think about it. They're an ALL-GIRL DOUJINSHI group. If there wasn't some BL influence in there, I would be surprised.

@mazy:Unless you're seriously homophobic, then you should read the Gravitation series. Despite the OT (16+) ranking, it's really no different than what you'd find in your average harlequin romance. Or Chick-flick. However, unless you like abundant Yaoi sex, stay far, far away from the Gravitation Remix series.

Actually, when CLAMP was a doujinshi group, the members they had varied. So, one week there would be eighteen members the next week four. CLAMP was actually a misspelling of 'clump'.

No, the Gravitaion Remix series is hardcore Yaoi. Think of it as one chapter of sex between two of the characters and then another chapter of sex between two characters. There was a website I found that had all the scanulations of the Remix series, but I have long since forgotten the name -3-...

And I'm not knowledgeable so much as I'm obsessed (hehehehehe).

Than you should look for some high quality scans. I've found some where half of the pages are blurred so you can't see what's going on half the time. And with Gravitation Remix, you really want to see what's going on.

Did anyone watch the first Genshiken OVA episode? It was on the Kujibiki Unbalanced vol. 1 DVD or you can find it on Youtube...

yeah, i go out of my way to create yaoi pairings in my head, really the oldest pairing i still love is Dearka and Yzak from Gundam SEED, i like them so much as a pair i got curious about BL.

and i loved all the BL in CCS, Lee getting all shy around Yukito and buying him chocolate for valentines. and Toya and him are such a sweet couple, i seriously "awwwwww" over them every time i come across that series.

the first manga i ever read was "man's best friend." after seeing the "action" in that i realized how well manga can convey a story and started reading it. on my old blog i used to make all the links to female friend's site hardcore yaoi, and i mean HARDCORE, [i actually am surprised i didn't get kicked off for that, especially since i flamed people with hentai on theirs.] and i searched for hours through ocean's of hot boys penetrating each other to find those.

i like my yaoi with characters i like if i'm actually going to seek it out, i've seen lots of great KakashixSasuke where Sasuke is getting completely dominated and violated, and even though sasuke is my favorite character i think him getting raped whilst wearing a maids uniform is so hot!

i dunno, i have no sexual or romantic desires for other men, but i do notice really hot guys. i think its because i'm such a pretty-boy and obsessed with my looks, but either way i love me some hot boys screwing!

i now when i think of shouta i think of like 8 year olds, and i think its adorable to see little kids kiss and get all embarassed. when i realize that Sasuke is 12 and Ichigo is 15 it really puts into perspective that hardcore shouta is fine, as long as they don't look like little kids, i wouldn't want to see Lee from CCS [not the older tsubasa version] getting reamed in the butt, but more adult looking Naryto characters are fine.

Gravi was a great anime, even if i still think Shuichi is a mentally unstable stalker. i actually think i'd of been better off watching remix because i kept waiting for the sex, i was disapointed!

See, you embody the fact that there can be guys, and not just gay guys, that like Yaoi too. Why everyone makes such a big deal about it is a mystery to me.

The oldest pairing that I love is Riku x Sora from Kingdom Hearts. It's so cute! Plus, even my friend who is not into Yaoi agrees Sora is gay. Or, are we tlaking about oldest anime wise?

CLAMP has a lot of BL hints in their manga. In fact, I think the only time I didn't see one was in Kobato, but there's only two recurring characters, anyway. I loved it when Li gets so blushy around Yukito. Of course, Sakura/Li is one of the hetero pairings I like, but that doesn't matter. I believe that Yukito and Toya were probably the first Yaoi pairing I heard anyone obsessing about. And, after re-reading some volumes of CCS, I've noticed that there is a lot of homosexual hints in it. Maybe I was too naiive to pick this up when I first read it?

Um, Junjou Romantica was probably the first "action" manga I read. I like it, but she can draw very oddly proportioned hands. I have to say though, my favorite "action" manga is probably Great Place High because it's a Yaoi four-panel series. How often do you come across those?

Shouta and me are kinda iffy. I normally only read hardcore shouta if it involves eleven or twelve year olds, I can't go any younger. Softcore shouta, on the other hand, I go down to eight. Come on, eight-year-olds (or at least there manga counterparts) are adorable!

Of course, Loli can stay away from me. Girls do not interest me.

see you are the one girl i know that thinks Shuichi is insane, everyone else i've brought him up to has said they think he was cute, and devoted, and they wish they knew guys that were that loyal. really when you say remix is more graphic i think its a waste it doesn't involve crazy intense guro-rape, because to me Shuichi seems like the type, at least with Yuki, that would break your legs and fingers, and chain you in his basement so you can be together forever. really who he reminds me of is Creed, i'm surprised when he showed up in new york he didn't chop off yuki's arm!

little boys kissing are really cute! same with little girls, soft shouta and loli is always adorable because that innocent shyness and blushing is always uber-cute!

yeah, it was always fun to contrast the reactions on my old blog between men and women. all the girls where like "Hot Boys, touching and licking and... SQUEEEE!!!!!! ♥♥♥♥♥" whilst most of the guys where more like "yaoi *vomit*" it was so fun! i really don't get why guys or girls get so weirded out by two members of their gender touching and kissing and doing worse things. really the only reason i ever dislike yaoi and BL in general was terrible fanfics i read as a kid with fan girls creating poorly set up reasons for Duo Maxwell and Heero Yui to have sex. really once i got past those horrifying memories i was fine with yaoi, and i can even see it as attractive now, it pleases me to view upon it.

i picked up on Toya and Yukito even in the terrible 4kids[?] dub where Yukito was "Julian". though for some reason i never realized Fred Lowe from Outlaw Star was gay, i really don't know how i missed that! i don't really like Lee and Sakura in CCS, it might be that i read it at a bad time emotionally, but i just didn't feel all "awwwwww" for them, now in Tsubasa... man do i pity Lee, he is one of the most romantic characters ever in that series!

yeah, Sora is pretty gay, he's as gay as Shuichi. now Riku i think is omnisexual, he'd hit anything that was pretty enough, but i think he's straighter than Sora. Axel, well Axel is kinda obvious and Roxas we only see in a completely confused and lost form which makes him extremely rape-able. personally i'm a big fan of Sora x Roxas because i think that is the most creative way to pleasure yourself i've ever seen! hence why i like Kairi x Namine. i'd have to say Ansem x Riku would be the first pairing i thought of from there, i mean anyone that could make someone as awesome and sexy as Riku an uke is pretty friggin bad.

i meant the first real yaoi pairing i latched onto, like the oldest, dearest BL pairing i have is Dearka x Yzak because they just make such a cute couple, being as Yzak is always yelling and angry and Dearka seems to take the brunt of that anger i could imagine Yzak using Dearka as a sort of punching bag, just a different pounding action. though also i could imagine Dearka one day snapping and going "SHUT UP YZAK!" and raping the crap out of him until he gets tired and falls asleep on the floor. Rey and Shinn would be a good one from Destiny, being as Rey seemed to be able to control Shinn like a puppet, so the fact he had Shinn so wrapped around his finger is kinda hot if you think of Rey using him for than just fighting.

yaoi is fun for me to imagine, much more fun than yuri because of the painful pleasure aspect. that idea of hurting you and making you like it just makes hardcore yaoi fun to imagine. i can't see how more guys don't do this too!

Anyway, I like Sora x Roxas too, but you're the only person I've met who likes it also. It's depressing. of course, as far as Roxas pairings go I like Axel x Roxas, if only because...well, because. Ansem scares me. I imagine him as a pedophile, and thus I stay away from him. Xemnas is pretty freaky too, but it's a little toned down from Ansem.

I've never heard anyone compare Shuichi to Creed. I think they're a little different, though. Creed seems like the guy to get aroused over pain and control while as Shuichi...probably just control. And you know Yuki would overpower him anyway.

Yeah, it's really funny to see guys look at Yaoi and go "gross!" but look at Yuri and start drooling. Fundementally they are the same thing, same sex couples getting it on, but for some reason, people think Yaoi is worse than Yuri. I say that if you think Yaoi is disgusting you are depriving yourself of a good thing.

I only saw a few episodes of the 4kids version of CCS, so I didn't pick up on anything. It was only when I read the manga that I realized "oh, hey, there's something going on right there." Perhaps this spurred my Yaoi obsession...

i like Ansem because he's about as seme as one can get, all throughout the first game i couldn't stop imagining the things he was doing to Riku. it kinda helps that he likes to yell out "SUBMIT!" in battle, yeah that really helps. the only reason i don't like him is because he's raping Riku, who is too sexy to be an uke! i've tried looking up fanart of Ansem x Riku because it promises to be hot, but i just can't get past my Riku fanboy-ness. Now watching Sora's face all flushed and sweaty with that "hurts so good!" expression whilst Riku stands behind him, now that makes me happy inside, the more i see of that the better my life seems, its like medicine for me, medicine made of delicious candy!

Roxas x Axel is one of my favorites because its reversed if you looked at the two of them you'd assume Roxas was the Uke and Axel was the seme, but pretty much everyone sees it as the other way around, and i love that! i love when the cute, little uke-boys totally dominate and make the big pretty seme boy their pet! one of the reasons i like Haku and Zabuza, it always seemed to me Haku was the one on top/behind. and i still love thinking of Dearka being the seme over Zyak.

i liked Dearka t first because of his pairing with Mir, being as they had that whole star-crossed lovers thing going, plus there was that time where he was captured, stripped down to his undershirt and and long underwear, tied to the bed, and left alone with only Mir coming in to see him, if that isn't a scenario for me to fantasize about i don't know what is [well except maybe Lacus having Kira's unconscious body delivered to him, and when he wakes up he's in her bed, her looking over him lovingly and his body all wrapped up in bandages, thats also hot!]! then when they let him go and he comes back to protect her, so cute! then all the cute messages she gave him when he launched, they were so adorable together. but then in Destiny we find out she dumped him just for saying he wanted to settle dowm something she was proud of, so he re-enlists with ZAFT and gets charged with war crimes along with Yzak. so being as he lost everything and is now alone with his old friend/abusive seme-type in a holding cell i started to imagine scenes like "Yzak, we're all we have, we have no promise of tomorrow, so lets make tonight count! *10 minutes later* OH COMMANDER JULE! YOU'RE SO ROUGH!" but once they get pardoned and you see Yzak going back to his loud mouthed seme self and he see Dearka always look melancholy i liked to think of one day, in the middle of one of Yzak's lectures Dearka just shoving him hard against a wall and shoving his tongue down his throat, stripping off all his clothes, turning him around and grabbing his hair, bending him over and whispering in his ear "do you know how much i hurt inside, well you're about to find out because i'm about to take you and let out all my frustrations inside you, and when i'm done i'm going to fill you up with all my anger and pain Yzak!" and after some excruciating pleasure the line "Dearka! MY BUTT! IT BURNS! YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR THAT!" i love when uke-types rape the living day-lights out of seme types.

Shuichi isn't as violent as Creed, but he's as unbalanced and obsessed, Yuki only has power over him when he shows affection, if he really shunned him i could imagine Shuichi going Creed or "single white female" on Yuki. Yuki is only the seme because he looks like a seme, he's just as broken and weak as Shuichi, i could imagine Shuichi raping him not in a cute "squee! yaoi!" way but in a real violent, cruel way. Shuichi is crazy, he just melts to love, but he becomes sharp and scary to being ignored.

i want to say Shuichi is like Harry MacDougal from Outlaw Star, what with Harry hitting Melfina in the face and yelling "WHY CAN'T I MAKE YOU UNDERSTAND!?" but that would be an insult to one as awesome as Harry, he is one of the most romantic and tragic characters in all of anime, he is just a little off, but his scenes at the Ley Line really are heart wrenching.

Shuichi is one of the most disturbing characters to really think about i've ever encountered.

though on a sort of realted note isn't it kinda funny how most guys cringe or get disgusted looking at yaoi, but see anal as some Holy Grail they chase all their love lives? and yaoi fan girls don't exactly get psyched thinking about getting it like an uke boy. people are funny!
